Q: DO YOU DELIVER TO APARTMENT/RENTAL COMPLEXES?
A: Sorry, Riverbend Bounce does not set up at apartment complexes.

Q: CAN YOU SET UP INFLATABLES AT A PARK?
A: Yes, we can. You must confirm with the park if they allow inflatables. Please verify that you will have power on the day of your event. If the park requires a certificate of insurance, it can be printed here.

Q: WHAT TYPE OF SURFACE DO YOU SET UP ON?
A: Grass is preferred, but we can also set up on a concrete parking lot. We cannot set up on a rocked area.

Q: IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
A: Yes, due to traveling to the venue twice: once to set up and once to tear down. See the areas we serve and the delivery fees here

Q: CAN CUSTOMERS PICK UP THE INFLATABLE INSTEAD OF DELIVERY?
A: Sorry, we do not allow that.

Q: WHAT IF IT IS RAINING ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT?
A: Please refer to the Rental Instructions Information here.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
A: If you cancel a week before the rental date, refunds will be given.

Q: IS RIVERBEND BOUNCE INSURED?
A: Yes, view or print our certificate of insurance here.

Q: ARE WE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER OF LIABILITY?
A: For either Backyard or Corporate setups, customers renting the inflatable unit(s) are required to sign the waiver of liability. For the Indoor Party Center, the parent or legal guardian responsible for each child must sign the waiver of liability. If the child comes to the party with someone other than their parent/guardian, the parent/guardian must send a signed copy of the waiver with the child or the child will not be allowed on the inflatable units.
